This marks the beginning of the annual song trend that has been going on ever since!
"It really didn't become a tradition until a buddy of mine had come up to me and told me that I should do "more of that song". Then it hit me, all I had to do was take a melody or set of rhythms from it, and re-write it over with different sounds and combinations to produce a familiar, but entirely new piece of music. It's become a staple of my progression over the years."

And so I did in 2023! - Though, the video editing isn't exactly what I wanted it to be. That's all-right though, the song is much of an improvement over the original in my opinion. Slightly more complex, higher res, and refined. I think I could do better, but we'll see in another 10 years maybe?
