EvilNeon's Discography: Lost Tracks (Story)

There was a good handful of great tracks that I felt were pretty damn special during the 2014-2016 years. As I was solving several software issues on a Windows XP desktop bought off of Amazon, a program bugged out and corrupted the entire device at once. I knew enough at the time that it wasn't an issue with a virus because a virus would have produced a different screen than a hard-lock "brick". Mind you, the issue wasn't that it was bought on Amazon, let me be clear about that one. lol
I had spent countless hours during this time making attempts to recover my audio files, artwork, straight up depressed. I skipped school, didn't eat much for a few days, needless to say it felt really bad.
After time has passed, some tracks recovered from a corrupted drive, whether or not things were solved- I can't remember at this time of writing. But I do remember that it was enough to carry on work as usual. "Silver" was one of the lost tracks, fortunately the export was preserved on Reverbnation. I may be able to go about reproducing it by-ear, considering I currently own all of the software and possess the skills to do so. We'll just tab that one for later.
A new chapter began, aka the Frontier. A name of a potential album that never came about (yet..?), but represents a collection of tracks that were made during a period of time around (estimated) 2014-2016. There was a YouTube video, a compilation mix that ran about 30 or so minutes that younger-me created using Windows Movie Maker and doing the artwork on Serif Drawplus. I still use that bastard of a software to this day and it remains the least money-fussy, but probably most dated 2D graphics program to date that I own in my toolbox.
Carrying on from the Frontier days, the annual traditional song - 2016, was released. Though, that's a song for another day! :)
Thanks for your read! Come find me online and let's talk about brick.
